CONTINGENCY PLAN – COVID19

At BGREAT we make sure that, with all the current situation, our customers, in addition to having diverse experiences, feel, above all, safe with us. The World Health Organization and the Directorate General for Health have warned the community as well as companies of the safeguards they must have, as well as the consequences for the new Coronavirus.

For that reason here follows our contingency plan:

• It’s mandatory to use mask and gloves in all indoor activities or whenever it is necessary to share the car by customers and guide and there will always be Saba avaiable in the vehicle;
• The use of masks in outdoor activities such as cycling and hiking is optional;
• Masks and disinfectant gel will be given to the customers if they don’t have it;
• Monitoring for fever assessment of guide and client before each activity (measuring body temperature and recording measurement value and time), cough check or breathing difficulty;
• All activities will be restricted to a family or close contact group;
• To all suppliers, such as wheel-handling lunches, must be respected the distance of at least 2 metres with BGREAT staff at the time of delivery of the goods;
• At the entrance to the restaurants stipulated in each tour will be respected the precautionary measures required by them;
• In walks there must be a minimum distance of 2 meters side by side or in row from diferente groups;
• To carry out activities in places of low population density;
• The sharing of non-technical objects/material is not permitted;
• Vehicles up to 9 seats: 2/3 of the seats, unless it is the same family. It is not possible to occupy the place next to the driver (unless there is physical barrier separator).
